A few months ago, I realized that I had a serious weight problem. I couldn't fit into my jeans anymore, and getting to the top floor of my house was incredibly challenging. I didn't know what to do, but I knew that I had to do something. A friend of mine told me about a nutrition plan that centered around healthy foods, and it was amazing to start.
